At Chainlink Labs, we are experiencing ambitious growth, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Talent Brand Marketing Manager. Your primary focus will be to develop our employment brand and have responsibility for bringing the insight and innovation needed to create and execute a long-term, cross-functional and cohesive talent brand strategy to attract top talent to Chainlink Labs. You will leverage talent market insights and internal data to inform the Marketing, Recruiting, Communications, People, and Employee Experience team strategies to drive preference and retention among qualified and relevant.

Your Impact
- Amplify the stories that make us who we are and create content to share across channels that connect employees to our business, vision, values and culture.
- Launch targeted talent brand campaign to increase relevant and qualified applicants to the wide range of open positions at Chainlink Labs.
- Build on existing analytics to establish relevant metrics for regular reporting on the progress of the talent brand initiatives including total qualified applications.
- Activate employees as brand advocates to extend the reach of the recruiting team by providing them content they can share on their social channels and increase overall employee referrals.
- Work cross-functionally with the Recruitment team to create impactful initiatives, campaigns and programs around hiring.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience developing and executing talent brand initiatives for fast growing organizations.
- Passion for storytelling.
- Experience producing marketing or recruiting content including website collateral, blog posts, social posts/ads and video scripts.
- An excellent communicator across written, verbal and presentation formats. You are comfortable and confident running meetings, engaging executive stakeholders and driving decision-making.
- You have a strong understanding of foundational marketing principles and can translate those across multiple mediums.
- Passion for blockchain and industry.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
