Responsibilities:

• Managing project progress and adapting work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines with high quality.
• Bridge communication between the operation team and other supporting teams(tech, accounting, finance, etc) to improve efficiency and  business output.
• Collaborate with BU lead to designate and manage project management plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Support operation work and be a good team player in a flexible arrangement.

Requirements:

• Open-minded, critical thinker with ability and passion to study new trends, have a  problem-solver attitude with strong ownership.
• More than 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry.
• Good communication skills and attitudes, fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• More than 3 years of project management experience, has independently led a team to complete projects' goals.
• Have strong ownership and collaborative mindset and result-oriented work awareness.
