• Develop new business opportunities across different channels in Europe and maintain relationships with clients.
• Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
• Create and execute localised strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystemIncrease operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
• Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and markets.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of proven success in a Business Development position ideally from sizable payment companies.
• Proven track record in driving growth of a business.
• Strong in strategic thinking, project management skills.
• Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Chinese would be a strong advantage.
