Responsibilities

• Perform generalist compliance work in support of compliance department
• Act as subject matter experts in the compliance review of our marketing activities
• Appropriately assess and mitigate compliance risks and define the strategy in terms of marketing compliance 
• Work closely in partnership with the Marketing, Product, Legal and Customer Service teams 
• Ensure consistency between global and local practices and will work hand-in-hand with other global compliance team members

Requirements

• 3/5+ years of experience in compliance 
• Experience gained from a reputable consulting firm, fintechs or other financial institutions 
• Experience in financial crimes compliance (AML-CTF, sanctions, fraud, corruption, loi pacte)
• Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
• Willing to get hands-on with challengesInitiative driven
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
