Responsibilities

  • Contact new employees and assist in onboarding sessions
  • Organize, collect and process of information and forms from new team members as required during pre-employment phase
  • Accurate data input into various HR and vendor systems
  • To provide a range of administrative support functions to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Utilize all possible tools such as different job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, and channels to source candidates
  • Support screening candidates, works with candidates and assistants to book interviews
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Updates all Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) process and policy documentation as required
  • Utilizes available TA technologies to manage logistics and interviews scheduling
  • Provides support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed
  • At least 1 year of work experience, relevant experience within HR, TA, Recruitment
  • Experience in fintech and financial service industry would be a plus
  • Good communication skill, with the ability to engage with senior candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation
  • Good understanding of employment laws and related policies
  • Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
  • Detail minded
