Description:

Crypto.com is seeking a Campaign Analyst/Manager who will research and identify new ways to raise user awareness via various channels. Reporting to the Director and Manager of Growth, the responsibilities of this role include tracking awareness campaigns’ costs, creating and optimizing awareness campaigns, and coordinating with various parties on brand campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for supporting the development of our advertising efforts and capabilities to drive brand SOV. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in various brand campaigns and be comfortable with coordinating the needs of different parties. Ultimately, you will help us ensure the budget efficiency of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the liaison between Marketing and Growth Team to plan and execute brand campaigns
  • Create and manage awareness and engagement campaigns on various social media or ad platforms
  • Analyze, track and optimize performance of brand awareness campaigns
  • Explore, initiate and create new brand building campaigns
  • Conduct brand lift study regularly
  • Raise brand SOV together with worldwide social engagement
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field
  • 3 years experience in running brand awareness campaigns for mobile applications in relevant role (e.g. Digital Marketing Executive, Brand Executive)
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and G Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in handling cross brand/creators promotional campaigns
  • Knowledge on mobile apps, business, finance, e-commerce, accounting, and economics
  • Experience using BI software (Tableau, BigQuery etc) is a plus
  • Working experience in financial trading is a plus
  • Strong interest in blockchain is a plus
