We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our remote team!
Our hiring team will play a major part in building a strong talent pipeline. This will require a hands-on approach to efficiently managing the recruitment process while maintaining a positive and informative candidate experience.
What will you do?
- Proactively search for candidates across multiple channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Nurture and build trust with passive candidates who may not be ready to pursue a new job
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and requirements to translate to an efficient sourcing strategy
- Collaborate with the talent team and leaders to develop highly effective processes with a focus on attracting the most talented candidates
- Maintain and update our ATS
What skills do you bring?
- 2 years of technical recruitment experience, exposure and/or experience in a start-up or SaaS company is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step into the unknown
- Comfortable across multiple different systems and platforms with ease
What skills & experience would set you apart?
- Prior experience in working in high volume hiring environment for technology hiring as a full-cycle recruiter
- Familiarity, practical experience, academic background, or interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or FinTech sectors
- Ability to keep key stakeholders well-informed throughout the different recruitment processes
