Job description:

  • Assist in banking liaison and completing documentation for bank matters
  • Monitor and maintain the continuous compliance of all banking transactions
  • Implement operational control measures to mitigate operational risk
  • Optimize global bank accounts management. Supervise all aspects of bank account management including opening and closing of bank accounts, signing pattern updates including authorized bank signers and payment approvers and monitoring internet banking for the Group, etc. Set up the proper fraud protection services for all bank accounts. Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce bank fees
  • Prepare treasury reports for management review
  • Assist in monitoring and forecasting the liquidity position of the group
  • Arrange instructions for payments and settlement
  • Develop procedural manual and streamline daily workflow to enhance staff productivity and efficiency
  • Assist overall treasury function
  • Assist in ad hoc project when required

Requirement:

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Solid relevant experience preferably gained from listed/private companies or banking
  • Solid experience in liaising with local and overseas bank, preparing cashflow forecast, managing payment and bank accounts
  • Sensitive to figures, proactive and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detailed and flexible minded, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • More experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
  • Immediate available is preferred
