Collaborating closely with our internal marketing leads, you'll analyze, devise, and execute plans, while crafting strategies that fuel engagement and skyrocket growth. Responsibilities:
● Build and execute ongoing daily, weekly and seasonal events for the community
● Amplify the contributions of community member content, achievements, and more
● Plan and execute unique and viral rewards for contents winners and strong contributors within the community
● Develop platform-specific content funnels for each place the Impostors Brand will live
● Ensure that the community is never left without an active system of goals to achieve
● Actively engage and interact with players on various social media platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant communication channels
● Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
● Identify and build productive long-term relationships with key influencers across a variety of online platforms
● Provide a wide array of different player experiences ranging from fun competitive tournaments to large-scale streaming events
● Work with internal teams and external partners to enable online and offline community activations
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop community engagement strategies and plans including defining goals, setting timelines, and executing marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives
● Be a public representative of Super Studios on community channels
● Provide support for Impostors events, including tournaments
● Keep up to date with Web3 trends and bring unique ideas to the table
● Research competitors’ products, pricing, and promotion
● Determine what content will reach customers
● Develop projects to create content
● Implement marketing campaigns
● Measure digital traffic, monitor social media and Google Analytics
Skills and Experience:
● 4-5 years of professional marketing operations experience
● Proven track record of being a self-starter and innovator within a role
● Deep familiarity with Web3 culture
● Experience planning and executing event-focused marketing and influencer campaigns
● Well-versed in key social media platforms, with a focus on Twitter, and familiarity with other platforms such as Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube
● Experienced gamer with direct experience managing and/or building a community is a plus
● Familiarity with content creator space, including YouTube and Twitch
● Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in communication channels and create content such as blogs
● Solid project management skills, with the ability to build and manage a roadmap with deadlines and deliverables
● Ability to prioritize between a large number of tasks
● Ability to breakdown the big-picture strategy into short-term and long-term action items
● Experience with graphic design and collaborating with design teams is a plus
● A passion for Web3 and gaming is a plus
