In our next stage of hyper growth, we are looking for anContent & Community Managerto help us grow Novelship Digital (NS Digital) into the leading player in hype goods and streetwear culture space. The external communication manager will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to build the brand image of Novelship with the stakeholders, including the media and entertainment industry, influencers, celebrities, investor, journalists and most importantly, our customers. You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing our overall communications, branding messaging and public relations strategy across the key locations for Novelship in Asia. This role will ideally be based in Singapore.

Our Expectations:

• Word savvy. You have exceptional writing skills and can craft everything from emails and blog posts to policies and summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly.
  

• Develop and implement effective communications strategy for Novelship to the various external parties.

• Establish and maintain relationships with agencies, journalists, influencers, media distributions networks.

• Write, edit, distribute, manage content, including press releases, publications, website content, and social media posts, videos, Interviews.

• Building brand love and consistency branding messaging across all external channels.

• Actively seeking opportunities for Novelship to enhance its presence and reputation through conferences, speaking events, media opportunities and other public events.

• Be accountable for and actively track the performance metrics and outcomes for the media coverage and collate metrics (publications, audience, communities, engagement).

Our Requirements:

• A relevant degree or higher from a reputable university/institution

• Minimum 3 years experience in public relations, social media communications or marketing communications roles, in-house or with an agency

• Established experience in drafting press releases and working with publications

• Have an keen interest and follow the marketing trends on NFT/Crypto/Blockchain

• Excellent command of English

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Be very driven and results-oriented as you and the team will be measured on key performance metrics

• Prior experience in start-up environment is preferred

• Understanding and execution of how to measure PR and marketing effectiveness.
