Responsibilities
- Operations (80%)
- Manage requests pipeline (e.g. network upgrade, hardfork) from listed tokens â E.g. understand requirements, respond enquiries
- Manage requests pipeline from internal teams (e.g. delist trading pairs)
- Support implementation of successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, coordinate due diligence, negotiation)
- Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests
- Support ad-hoc risk management initiatives
- Drive new initiatives and able to deliver quality results on time
- Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary
- Account Management (20%)
- Understand Binance marketing campaigns and products/services
- Understand needs of listed tokens to support their growth and success
- Support account managers on various ad-hoc tasks (e.g. research information or due diligence of requests)
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 6 monthsÂ
- Humble and hardcore, match company core value
- Organized, detail oriented and analytical
- Team player and effective communicator
- Proficient with Google suite of productsÂ
- Passion for crypto industry and digital assets
- Basic understanding of crypto
