We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.
We’re looking for a full-time Senior UX Writer to join our Product and Design team creating compelling, user centric, clear and concise product copy.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will need to be able to have:
- Responsible for crafting user centric, clear, easy to understand and concise product copy.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
- Create final copies in both Indonesian and English language.
- Collaborate with Engineers for copy handovers.
- Maintain Pintu's copy brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Continuously iterate product copy through user testing and user feedback data.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Who We Are Looking For
- Have minimum 3+ years in UX copywriting
- Exceptional in both Indonesia and English language
- Strong holistic view on user experience
- Deeply understand what needs to be communicated and how to communicate concisely and clearly to different audiences (ex: newcomers to cryptocurrency vs experienced traders)
- A stellar writing portfolio that shows creative range, experience with digital products, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of crypto trading and blockchain is a huge plus
- Experience in Phrase Strings (or other copywriting tools) is a plus
