Binance is looking for customer service specialist who will be responsible for connecting and attending to our world class exchange platform with our international users needs.
Candidates must be good at Japanese, English should be efficient at work also.
Responsibilties:
- Handle back office tickets, and provide online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- College degree or above; proficient in Japanese with a fluency in English. Candidates must hold relevant language level certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry. Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
- Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift.(9:00-18:00, 12:00-9:00, 9:00-21:00, 21:00-9:00)
