As an Crypto Growth PM you are responsible for contributing to a user-focus product strategy that drives healthy and sustainable active user growth. You will work with multiple disciplines in our growth product teams including User Acquisition, User activity and Partnerships with business teams to ensure we are optimizing for sustainable growth, driving KPIs of higher engagement and retention, and working to innovate on bringing new audiences into our game.
What you will do:
- Focus on finding people who interested in crypto industry such as Defi, NFT, Gamefi, Meme, etc. And attract them to complete deposits and transactions through growth products or activities
- Identify new business opportunities that will boost company user growth, reach new market segments and expand market share
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data, research and other PMs on developing new growth-oriented features/specs and driving execution
- Analyze feature/experiment results and turn them into actionable insights. Communicate learnings to the team, executives, and the company
- Develop roadmap for continuous improvement through growth tools development and feature optimizations
Our requirements:
- 1+ years experience in crypto company, experienced in building and delivering crypto user growth tool products
- Have a passion for blockchain technology and / or are driven by transforming existing structures and market practices in order to provide better services and experiences to our client.
- Understand the distribution of users who are interested in crypto industry such as Defi, NFT, Gamefi, etc. Have sufficient knowledge in the above fields
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, finance or an analytical field preferred).
- Understand how blockchain and smart contracts work (It would be better if you know how to use Solidity)
- Have strong Chinese (Mandarin) and English verbal and written presentation skills - converting ideas into well-articulated, visually impactful presentations
- Be able to act independently and take initiative but work equally well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
