What you'll do:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end development process, encompassing frontend, backend, operations and smart contract implementations.
- Lead the creation of decentralized applications, coordinating frontend and backend development while ensuring seamless integration with smart contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the team to plan, strategize, and execute projects effectively.
- Conduct regular design and code reviews across the entire stack to maintain quality and security standards.
- Develop technical specifications and comprehensive documentation covering frontend, backend, and smart contract components.
What you'll need:
- Bachelorâs degree (or higher) in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in managing the entire software stack, including frontend, backend, and experience in smart contract development.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Ethereum and other EVM blockchains.
- Familiarity with crypto economics and its application in software design and implementation.
- Prior experience in CeFi and DeFi crypto trading strategies, with knowledge spanning options, futures, perpetual swap, and leveraged trading.
- Ability to independently lead and collaborate within an agile, fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or management experience in guiding a small team of software engineers.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation within the blockchain/crypto community.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
