What you'll be doing: • Assist in managing our recruitment channels from job boards, our Careers page, social media, and inbound applications. • Assist with maintaining employee data and records such as performance appraisals, contract renewals, etc. • Assist with process improvements based on employee and external feedback. Fine-tuning our onboarding, recruitment, and culture processes. • Assist with ad hoc HR initiatives. • Be exposed to the full spectrum of HR from talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement.
What we look for in you: • Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor's degree in any field with an interest in HR. • Excellent command of English and great communication skills. • Proactive with a strong desire to learn • Able to do at least (3) months internship (longer internship preferred)
