About the Team

The data analytics team leverages business intelligence, product analytics, data science, and data engineering to improve the business by helping team members and systems to facilitate smarter decision making across the whole organization, inform product roadmap and prioritization, and improve customer experience. The data team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and leadership across marketing, product, compliance, and engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Measure business performance, develop core metrics and create dashboards to track and understand them

• Identify data, metrics and analyses needs for business partners; Initiate, develop and maintain data pipelines and data models that power dashboards and data products with outstanding craftsmanship

• Perform deep analyses and build models to understand customer behavior, and extract key insights that impact product decisions

• Synthesize data learnings into compelling stories and communicate them with peers

What We Look For In You:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative and integrity

• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

Nice to Haves:

• 1-2 years of prior experience (professional or internship) in analytics or a closely related field
• You either are already or are eager to become an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space
• Experience working with teams across offices and timezones
