As a Crypto Custodian, we provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing customer base across the globe. You will help to shape what excellence looks like and continuously work on enhancing our processes, documentation, and applications to ensure the best customer experience possible. The successful individual will be the voice of the company to echo our passion for crypto assets, custodianship, and trust. 

This is a full-time position with an unlimited contract.

What you will be doing

• Technically investigate and solve customer inquiries.

• Be a part of improving existing product features by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations.

• Prepare reference material for internal users and customers by drafting operation instructions to extend our continuously growing knowledge base.

• Think like an owner and resolve customer problems via email, chat, and video call.

• At least 1 year of previous Technical Support Experience. FinTech experience is a plus.

• Be tech-savvy. Proficient IT knowledge and skills, including mobile device platforms.

• Effective problem-solving skills including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.

• A strong passion and interest for blockchain technology and crypto-assets.

• Creative and strong analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and spoken language proficiency in English, German is a plus.

• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

• Comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
