TRON is looking for a Developer Relationship Manager who plays a critical role in building out the developer and partner ecosystem programs and community at TRON. Partnering with Marketing and Community to participate in, build and maintain the TRON developer community and ecosystem by producing content, participating in events, panels, conferences, AMAs or other opportunities to reach an audience of developers. The candidate must be passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team.

You will:

• Developing and maintaining developer relationship
• You will focus on operational efficiency and help us provide excellent, single-point-of-contact service to developers of all sizes
• Serve as a trusted point-of-contact internally and externally to execute developer centric marketing campaigns.
• Route technical issues to the appropriate teams, while owning broader outcomes
• Some travel required to support product marketing activity at conferences or summits and other huge Web 3.0 related events.
• Creating content that will help support and engage the developer community
• Helping ideate, build and grow categories of applications and platforms on top of the TRON ecosystem by collaborating with the entire TRON community and other blockchain developers

Who you are:

• Blockchain and cryptocurrency experience is a must
• Has experience working directly with users or potential users to collect feedback through various methods
• Has a network of developers building or interested in applications on top of blockchains
• Deep empathy for engineers and a customer-centric mindset
• Capacity to execute in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment
• Experience in encouraging communities to ask questions, voice concerns, create community traditions, and generate ideas
• Experience presenting to technical audiences and generating content for developers
