Job Description

nWay is currently looking for an Art Producer to own the art management, prioritization and pipeline for our internal art team and external vendors. This role is responsible for coordinating art tasks, owning the art pipeline across multiple projects, and identifying potential bottlenecks with general quality, timelines and approvals.

This position reports directly to the Director of Production and works alongside the other department heads (including Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Product) to ensure that art requirements are delivered and integrated on time and of high quality. This position is primarily focused on execution, planning, scheduling, and process implementation, as well as communication and coordination with all internal teams, external licensors and 3rd party vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal art team leads to oversee the overall art production for our entire portfolio
• Facilitate daily scrums and any necessary meetings to align and track team activities and priorities
• Create and maintain schedules for all asset production
• Partner with all disciplines (Production, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Product) to ensure alignment and successful integrations into all games
• Own the contracts and ongoing relationships with all external art vendors
• Thoroughly review all external deliverables and give feedback to ensure the quality level and requirements are being met
• Submit, track and act as the liaison for all IP holder relationships
• Use Jira, Basecamp and other tools to task and track art deliverables

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or equivalent
• Art or art production background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Basecamp or similar tools
• Proficient at managing multiple projects with various priorities

Pluses

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of F2P mobile game development
• Interest in emerging P2E and NFT gaming trends and activity
• Experience working with world class IPs and licensors
