Responsibilities

• External requests
• Collect information and evaluate requests (e.g. token swap, airdrop, etc) from external partners / listed tokens
• Coordinate/Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to execute requests effectively and successfully (project management)  


• Internal requests and special projects
• Manage and facilitate BAU requests from internal stakeholders (trading pair listing/delisting, trading zone management, deposit return, etc)
• Drive special ad-hoc projects (token audit, CRM system roll out) from solutions development, coordination with stakeholders to implementation 
• Optimize structure and SOP to improve efficiency for team or organization, e.g. TGbot

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of working experience
• Ideally has experience with project management and working with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient with excel, word and powerpoint
• Analytical, structured, organized and detail oriented
• Entrepreneurship mentality – Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work well (including negotiation) with team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partner
• Basic understanding of crypto
