Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and manage core IT services.
Design and roll out IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR and Security for critical operational processes.
Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) in a zero trust environment.
Utilize experience with Google Workspace and SAML for seamless integration.
Manage users and groups across our IT ecosystem.
Ensure efficient assignment and provisioning of services.
Create and maintain documentation for common IT tasks.
Assist team members with IT-related issues and provide troubleshooting support.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
Proven experience with IT administration and management.
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
Hands-on experience with SSO technologies, particularly Google Workspace and SAML.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desirable:
Prior experience in a startup environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), and Slack.
Experience with GitHub and Perforce management (programming not required).
Interest in blockchain technology and gaming industries.
Location:
100% remote.
Preference towards EMEA timezones.
