BitGo Deutschland - Operations Manager

BitGo is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager for BitGo Deutschland in Germany. This is a great opportunity for mid level financial services professionals to take on a crucial role within business operations at a rapidly growing cryptocurrency firm. This role will report to the Head of Operations and will ideally be located out of the Berlin Area.

Responsibilities

• Supporting external and internal processes regarding tasks from HR, Finance and Operations departments
• Proactively assisting on and preparing e.g. payroll, accounting, customer or inter-company needs and licensing
• Support for maintenance and implementation of law abiding processes and reporting
• Assisting on legal process requirements and organizing legal documents
• Documenting and preparing of calls and meetings
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR/finance experience
• Experience within the financial services industry
• Ability to speak both English and German fluently
• Interest and/or experience within cryptocurrency highly preferred
• Prior experience working cross-functionally with senior/executive stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Office and G Suite skills
• Hands-on mentality
