About The Role:

We are looking for a Python quant developer to join our Quant Platform – Strategy Services team to work on our class-leading strategy container technology that allows our traders and strategists to formulate, implement, back-test and live-deploy quantitative trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work on the proprietary strategy service solution that is the enabler of all our quantitative trading strategies.
• Build and deliver tech solutions that are of great usability, high scalability and low latency.
• Measure and monitor internal market data and order latency systematically.
• Work with a high-performing team with extensive experience in tier-one investment banks and hedge funds.

Requirements:

• Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expert proficiency in high performance engineering with Python and async programming patterns.
• Familiar with distributed systems and micro service architecture.
• Experience in practicing automated testing and continuous integration.
• Familiar with working in a POSIX environment
• Willing to learn all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets, including spot, future, swap, options, structured products and Defi trading.
