Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and managing legal and compliance risks and ensure all activities are in line and in compliance with APAC regulations and the organization’s internal policies and procedures
• Assist in reviewing and drafting agreements, documents, policies, and procedures to ensure that they are in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements of APAC requirements
• Assist in Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA’s), Vendor Risk Assessments, Data Processing Agreements, Vendor Contract reviews, and other security/privacy-related assessments.
• Develop, implement and continually improve data protection framework of the organization
• Involve in developing good policies for collecting, using, processing, handling, and/or handling personal data
• Handle queries related to data protection, risks and privacy
• Implement policies and processes and ensure that they are being adhered to
• Maintain registers and records of processing activities
• Assist in APAC privacy-related research

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Data Privacy Associate.
