About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Senior HR Executive with over 3 years of experience to join our team. This role centers around overseeing end-to-end recruitment, streamlining operational policies, and maintaining a cohesive team. We are in search of an individual who demonstrates focus, diligence, and the ability to consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, and training.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Address grievances ensuring fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures, and values.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Streamline HR operations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Handle employee documentation, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement, recruitment, operations, and team management.
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, Keka, FreshTeam, and 1Password.
