THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The trading desk is an integral part of FPG's most important mission in 2021: become a recognizable and trustworthy brand in the institutional crypto markets.
We're looking for a motivated team member who can contribute to our efforts to maintain and expand a high level of service for our clients and help scale the operations of an institutional-grade trading desk. You will be responsible for ensuring the operations of our trading service are extremely well-organized and consistently up-to-date to achieve better scalability across the business.
Reporting to the Director of Trading Operations, the Trading Operations Analyst will join a 24/7/365 global trading operation.
What you’ll be doing.
- You'll maintain efficient and effective operating procedures for all of FPG's trading services.
- You'll have dynamic days influenced by market movements.
- You'll work with our software developers, trading strategists, traders, and founders to bring your ideas to improve the trading operation from ideation to implementation.
- You'll help prepare trade and settlement reports that go to our hedge fund and asset manager customers
- You'll contribute to account management and will support the rest of the team in managing critical customer relationships
- You may product market analysis and/or research based on what you're seeing from your role in the trading desk
- You'll establish a deep understanding of FPG's services and will be asked often how we can even better serve our extraordinary customer base.
