The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager to help us scale Messari Governor, our one-stop-shop governance platform. You’ll be collaborating closely with talented and experienced engineers, designers, product managers and business leaders.
As Product Manager for Messari Governor, you’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role defining key features to shape the future of our growing governance offering. You will be uniquely positioned to interact daily with the most successful DAOs and their contributors.
We are looking for candidates in the United States mainly but will also consider applications from Canada, UK, Spain, France and Singapore.
What you'll do
- Lead Messari’s Governance Products and initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, growth and other teams to develop and steer Messari Governor product roadmap
- Own new product development from conception to launch
- Interact daily with DAOs and their contributors to gather insights, empathize with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritize roadmaps
- Explore and implement fruitful monetization strategies
Who you are
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Deep understanding of the DAO landscape: DAOs, Tools, Voting frameworks etc…
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional and engineering teams
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
Nice to haves
- Experience working in crypto and Web3
- Experience contributing to one or several DAOs
- User of Messari’s products
