- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role within a technology startup.
- Proven success in scaling a tech company from early to later stages.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of web3, blockchain, and gaming.
- Experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales and customer success teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with partners and clients.
