Paradigm was co-founded in 2018 by Matt Huang (former Partner at Sequoia Capital) and Fred Ehrsam (co-founder of Coinbase). In the last three years, we’ve been hard at work building a world-class team to identify investment opportunities, contribute to crypto research and support our portfolio of 40+ investments. We also have a vested interest in the crypto ecosystem globally and a broader goal of accelerating crypto’s ability to advance the world we live in. We believe that crypto will ultimately redefine money, finance, and the internet itself, and this technological revolution will have a fundamental and long-lasting impact on the global economy.

Paradigm is currently seeking a Community Lead to help advance understanding of the firm, its people, and its portfolio through dank memes. OK, not *just* memes, though that’s certainly part of the job. We looking for someone as crypto-native as we are to be a strong voice for the firm online, program our social spaces with content and events that draw in the best builders in crypto, strategize new ways we should be engaging online communities, and otherwise contribute to a creative and unconventional overall brand strategy. This position reports to the Head of Communications.
