About The Job

As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting new Unlimit merchants through technical implementation. You will be responsible for understanding the merchants needs, supporting the merchant through their technical journey with Unlimit and being their trusted pair of hands. What You’ll Do

• Be the customer facing technical subject matter expert during all stages of implementation
• Work across the Sales, Customer Success and Partnership Teams to support new and ongoing merchant conversations
• Be part of the merchant pre-sales process to ensure we demonstrate the true value of the Unlimit Platform
• Build Relationships - across Unlimit and within the Merchant Teams to ensure Unlimit continually meet the needs of the merchant and work in a collaborative way to drive growth
• Challenge – work with the Product and Technical Teams as we grow to help develop and improve our ways of working to bring speed and quality to the merchant experience
• Help Unlimit to drive commercial growth with our merchants – be the payments technical expert focusing on account optimisation and ongoing conversion growth opportunities
• Be the Face of Unlimit – every day you are Unlimit and we want you to bring your unique >
• Spin Plates – manage internal and external priorities for your merchants and deliver on challenging timescales
• Speak Up internally and ensure your merchant has a voice in our business
