About Us Parallel is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. You will be involved in the development and deployment of several DeFi products and work with all departments at the Company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hyper-growth start-up in the DeFi/NFT space.

Requirements

1. Has a strong understanding of DeFi and NFT; passion in the blockchain/ crypto space
2. Has excellent documentation skills (PRD, Prototype, Market research)
3. At least 1-2 years of product management experience in the crypto space
4. Has leadership skills and is capable of leading the product team
5. Preferably has participated in the writing of a whitepaper or technical documentation for crypto projects
6. Preferably has some programming experience
7. Preferably can speak both English and Mandarin and be flexible with working time

Responsibilities

1. Define product requirements and write PRD, product prototype, and public Gitbook documentation
2. Run standup meetings and work closely with the engineering, and design team to drive development to launch
3. Drive implementation details and participate in technical specification designs, development, and delivery; Lead ideation sessions with product and engineering teams to present new findings and product ideas
4. Conduct regular user interviews and gather product feedback; work with engineering team to fix bugs and make product improvements
