meTokens is a protocol that lets creators and builders (like you!) launch their own DeFi-enabled personal tokens. Think: Patreon as a DAO. Our mission is to sustainably fund builders and creators using all the financial tools of web3.

About the role

meTokens is on the verge of our Ethereum Mainnet launch and seeking a Backend Dev with a web3 specialty to join the team. We have a stable infrastructure currently in place that needs a talented engineer to help scale. The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience building in Ethereum, is an open communicator, professional in their time management, generous with their knowledge, and allows their natural curiosity to lead them to clever and pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scale platform infrastructure to thousands of concurrent users
• Learn and build with Ethereum-native infrastructure, like Ceramic Network, Graph Protocol, etc
• Maintain web3 network redundancies with duplicated infrastructure, like MongoDB, network nodes
• Document development processes, specifications, and best practices for internal and external use
• Contribute to clear, agile development cycles with project management support
