Marketing Manager⚡
Hyper Growth Crypto Platform💼

We are looking for a marketing professional who's great in building a storyline and building up a lead-generation machine. Good experience with community building, email marketing and branding are key. Strong PR & performance marketing skills are a huge plus. Professional experience in crypto wallets/exchanges/trading bots is a MUST.
You'd be reporting directly to the Founder, and it is important that you are very driven, proactive, hungry to grow and learn. The job comes with a lot of autonomy and ambitious goals to reach, so it is key you know how to reach them defining your own strategies and making it happen.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing and channel strategy
- Own the website and optimize it for conversion
- Develop a strong content strategy & roadmap
- Drive inbound traffic making sure all the content is SEO-relevant & optimized
- Take a lead working with PR agency, journalists, influencers, etc.
- Source knowledge and form agenda based on the input from external/internal industry experts
- Project manage all marketing initiatives
- Run analytics and reporting
What we expect from you:
- 2/4 yrs experience in marketing overall in crypto-based companies
- Robust experience building marketing initiatives from scratch/early stages
- You have great project management skills, you know how to get things done despite all circumstances
- You are proficient in developing content strategy and driving its execution
- You have good knowledge of crypto & DeFi industry
- You are very entrepreneurial and can wear many hats
- You know how to make it happen - you have experience owning and delivering results
- You have a track record for launching new products to market and having them fly
- You are strong in English copywriting
- Passionate about Crypto
- Wants to join a startup
