Responsibilities:
- Strong Influencer marketing focus
- Defining the companies’ roadmaps in line with the community, marketing, and partnerships/outreach and set up KPIs
- Create go-to-market strategies with market research
- Execute multiple aspects of marketing, including branding and positioning, product, ads, content & education, social & community, influencer & affiliate marketing, events, and communications
- Conduct market research to find answers about user requirements, habits, and trends
- Track KPIs and constantly monitor, analyse, and improve the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and community feedback
- Identify opportunities for new market reach and expanding market shares
- Keep up with the latest developments in the crypto space and reach out to projects where appropriate to establish partnerships
Requirements:
- Marketing background in either the gaming or crypto industry, having worked directly in the sector
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns to inform, engage and motivate.
- An understanding or passion for the crypto space and DeFI.
- A passion to progress within the marketing ranks with the final aim of leading the marketing efforts.
