Thirdwave is looking for a talented individual that has experience developing and executing content strategy focused on driving community engagement and industry thought leadership. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in web3 or gaming and a proven ability to attract and grow communities.
What You'll Achieve
As the Community Manager, your immediate focus will be content creation, ranging from blog posts to emails, social content, customer stories, newsletters, site copy, and more. This is a unique opportunity to define a brand from scratch and own audience growth on all Thirdwave platforms.Â
You Will Also
- Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy
- Engage with customers in a way that helps to build strong relationships and help build our brand awarenessÂ
- Proactively create and implement social campaigns to grow our community
- You will keep a pulse on the community, informing the team of trends and topics the community is talking about
- Manage a social calendar to coordinate efforts and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, >

- Provide analysis around how content is driving business impact
About You
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with blockchain gaming and web3 more broadly
- Passion for building relationships and growing communities online
- Proven track record of driving growth through content
- In-depth knowledge of how to create content at scale
- Extreme attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
- BS, BA degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role
- Experience working with Blockchain and/or Gaming projects
- Experience in supporting various marketing projects and social media channels simultaneously
- Experience in content creation on social channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram
- Â A demonstrated ability to understand complex subject matter, along with the skills needed to simplify and explain these topics for a broad audience of stakeholders, both beginner and advanced
