A DeFi Scale-up organisation are on a mission to offer real-time access to brokerages and crypto accounts, facilitating convenient crypto asset transfers across exchanges and wallets, and providing a detailed view of crucial data to emerging FinTechs and other financial companies. The app allows thousands of users to effortlessly track the value of their accounts on Robinhood, Coinbase, TD Ameritrade, and other brokers, with hundreds of millions of dollars in connected assets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the development of their marketing strategy, with a heavy emphasis on business case development, marketing/sales strategy, and financial analysis.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of relevant personnel
• Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to stakeholders.
• Play a key role in Front’s strategic development, evaluating how product innovation contributes to the achievement of broader company objectives.
• Analyze customer demand and current market trends in order to identify new opportunities for business growth and evaluate results.
• Support industry partnerships and events, as well as the sales team's collateral and presentation needs.
• Partner closely with the marketing and finance teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging personalization and segmentation.
• Use data to tell a story that is actionable, factual, and considerate of financial and operational implications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience within financial services or FinTech is required, with a preference for experience in startups and Crypto/Blockchain-related industries.
• 10+ years overall professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in marketing FinTech products and APIs, and scaling them to thousands of users.
• Strategic and creative problem solver, inquisitive, and willing to evaluate/change current processes as needed.
• Ability to formulate and implement global marketing strategies.
• Capacity to translate products into successful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams working remotely in Europe and the US.
• Professional competency in financial analysis, with the ability to understand complex economic drivers, P&L, and related metrics.
