Concept Art House is searching for an Art Producer- NFT. The ideal candidate is someone who is well-versed in interpersonal and project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, and is passionate about taking complete ownership of projects from beginning to end. As the Producer, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously including but not limited to NFT Art Collectibles, NFT Avatar Collectibles, and Blockchain Games. You will work closely with our partners, our art directors, and our art team to set, measure, and achieve goals for projects. You will be responsible for aligning vision, scheduling, and communicating expectations for each of your projects.

What you will do:

• Define and own the vision of NFT projects with stakeholders
• Project revenue of NFT projects and define production budget
• Work with internal and external production teams on budget planning, scheduling planning & execution
• Define NFT drop plans with stakeholders
• Organize and track production tasks using standard project management tools
• Establish trust and credibility with studio leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, game design, and production teams
• Stay up to date with latest video game development and NFT innovations
• Identify & solve problems accrued during production

What skills you will need:

• Minimum 5 years of art production leadership or production management in game/digital entertainment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable to communicate with different levels of internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward even in a challenging and ambiguous environment
• Efficient project management skill to supervise the entire production process
• Proven track records in delivering projects on quality, on time, and on budget
• Deep understanding in game development process and art production process
• A high-level understanding of crypto art, NFTs, and blockchain technology
• Able to work with global teams
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
