Do you want to help build the foundations of a better web alongside a passionate, high-impact team? 3Box Labs is building the data rails for Web3, Ceramic Network. Already used by 1500 of the world's most ambitious applications, Ceramic is the building block for composable data.

You'll tackle novel challenges, work closely with incredible partners and our rapidly growing community, and help us reinvent how data is managed online.

As Product Lead at 3Box Labs, you will have a seat at the leadership table and be responsible for running the product organization and growing Ceramic, the world’s leading decentralized database network. As the most senior product role at 3Box Labs, you will be expected to scale a highly-effective product department, lead go-to-market across all Ceramic products and represent Ceramic and 3Box Labs to the broader open-source Web3 ecosystem.  This position reports to CEO and Co-Founder, Michael Sena.

We are impact-driven, intentional about our role, communications, and actions, and intensely focused on building quality tools for our open source community.
