We’re looking to bring on a talented and experienced VP of Capital Markets to lead the efforts around identifying opportunities to participate in that will support successfully launching our projects’ tokens in capital markets.
REQUIREMENTS
In this role you will…
- Research crypto capital markets to identify innovative trends and opportunities for SuperLayer to participate in;
- Develop capital market and economic strategies for SuperLayer projects across the product lifecycle, from investing in new projects to tweaking token operations post-launch;
- Work with the SuperLayer leadership team and founders to develop token launch approaches, light papers, white papers, and crypto economic models;
- Develop and execute strategies to enable the success of tokens across exchanges and individual holders for our live projects.
To be a good fit for us you have…
- 2-5 years of equity or debt capital markets experience or strong capital markets research experience;
- 2+ years of experience in a web3/crypto role or company or personal experience in the industry;
- Undergraduate or graduate training in Economics;
- A strong and proven passion for web3 and an excitement about SuperLayer and the RLY ecosystem.
- A demonstrated ability to work well in small teams, operate in open space with the ability to set your own direction, and assess and prioritize opportunities.
