Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop company HR Operations policies in cope with business development
  • Responsible for HR systems & database maintenance
  • Define, standardise and streamline the group’s HR operations procedures and align with regions
  • As the gate keeper on employee benefits, staff relocations and employee visa application management
  • Ensure accurate record of employment contracts, agreements and data for regions
  • Manage HR requests from employees according to internal SLAs

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • Solid experiences in leading HR Operations, experienced in regional or global role is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment legislation (APAC)
  • Experienced in compensation and benefits programs management
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Well-organized with good leadership and team management skills
  • Able to work under a fast-paced environment
