Your Role:

• Develop and publish engaging, Korea-specific content for the Mantle community.

• Organize and manage community events, both online and offline, to boost engagement and interaction within the Korean market.

• Foster relationships with community members through consistent communication.

• Monitor and analyze community feedback to provide insights for improving engagement and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the global Mantle team to align on broader community strategies.

• Stay informed about local trends, regulations, and community needs in Korea to adapt strategies accordingly.

Your Craft:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• Good understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, layer 2 solutions, DeFi, and SocialFi concepts.

• 1+ years of experience at an L2 or other Infrastructure project is a big plus.

• Understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and their applications.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
