We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team supporting the expansion in South East Asia. You will be working closely with different business units on on-going expansion projects. This position will be based out of Singapore.
What the day to day looks like:
- You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Expert for Singapore talent market
- Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
- A well-rounded Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
- Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
- Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
- Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace
Ideal candidate must have:
- Extensive of inhouse technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of placing mid to senior level roles
- Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
- Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
- Ability to analyse key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
- A passion and belief in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
