What is the role?

We are in search of an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. As an EIR, you will play a crucial role in exploring and shaping the future of a next-generation secure operating system for web3. Our goal is to embed user-centric UI/UX & security into the web3 user journey and introduce intuitive interactions that abstract away the complexities of blockchain. We aspire to revolutionize the web3 ecosystem and empower the next wave of web3 applications. This opportunity presents a chance to take this project from validation to market as a fully-fledged venture.

Responsibilities?

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of high energy venture architects, technologists, engineers and builders with strong commitment and deep experiences in web3
• Provide technical leadership across Product/Engineering and originate thought leadership in Business Development/GTM and partner strategies
• Leverage your past experiences in successfully launching and scaling tech-driven ventures from inception, including spearheading fundraising initiatives in collaboration with the founding team
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders

You should have:

We are seeking exceptional leaders with the ability to build businesses that could change the world at scale. We look for the following attributes as evidence of this capability:

• Experience in a technical leadership position (e.g. CEO with technical background or CTO) in building web3/web2 consumer tech
• A strong understanding of web3 abstraction technologies (e.g. Account Abstraction, Intents, Chain Abstraction), including the latest protocols and projects
• Familiarity with AI across different modalities and its potential for enhancing security and empowering abstraction to enhance web3 user experience
• A passion for the product vision and unwavering determination to make web3 safe and accessible to all
• Experience in web3 consumer security is a plus
