About the Opportunity

What Youâll Be Doing
- Strategy Planning: Lead the strategic development of OKXâs CEFI Product through comprehensive research and analysis. Champion high-level initiatives to align various CEFI product teams with the overall product vision.
- Industry Research: Lead research efforts for the OKX CEFI Product team, delving into cutting-edge technologies such as AI and blockchain to stay abreast of market demands and competition.
- Product Innovation: Introduce fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to ensure OKX seizes opportunities in new markets and technologies, maintaining a first-mover advantage. Foster a user-centric mindset to meet diverse user demands across retail and institutional markets.
- Local Market Growth: Collaborate with OKXâs local market teams to monitor regulatory trends, market share dynamics, user feedback, and competitive landscapes. Influence product strategy tailored to address user pain points in different local markets.
- Leadership: Lead the research and strategy team in setting OKRs, ensuring high-performance standards. Drive the generation of innovative ideas and strategies that positively impact CEFI product teams.
What We Look For In You
- Over 5 years of experience leading Strategy & Research. A background in VCs, management consulting, or big tech companies is a significant advantage.
- Preferred educational background from top universities, such as Ivy League schools, Harvard, NYU, Tsinghua, Peking, or other renowned business schools (MBA).
- Ability to drive decisions supported by thorough analysis, logical reasoning, and innovative thinking.
- You are curious, driven, and possess a strong ownership mindset.
- With excellent communication skills, you can clearly express ideas and articulate new product strategies and innovations across different product teams within Cefi.
- Strong team collaboration and management skills, with the ability to cooperate across teams, identify resources, and mobilize effectively.
