Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Binance Labs investment team on new and existing deals
- Act as a liaison with various BUs to facilitate portfolio management efforts and other strategic projects
- Monitor portfolio company performance and conduct in-depth analyses using a diverse range of financial and non-financial metrics to support management decision-making and gain portfolio insights
- Support our portfolio record keeping and reporting efforts
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working in investment, post-investment, equity research, or strategy/management consulting. Candidates with web3 experience will be given preference
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong ability to prioritize and solve problems in a complex and dynamic environment
- An ability to conduct data-driven analyses to drive decisions and best practices
- An effective team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
