🚀 The role We’re seeking a clever blockchain research intern who loves to nerd out on blockchains, cryptocurrencies, DAOs, NFTs, and the history of the internet. The ideal candidate is already having fun learning about cryptocurrency, day trading, minting NFTs, joining DAOs, and finding other ways to get involved on their free time. Students are welcome to apply.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team of 12 full-time employees, two-thirds of whom are engineers. Brian Kennish, Co-founder and CTO: Pre-IPO Google engineer, on the teams that launched Google’s first 3 APIs then the Chrome browser; developer of 7 subsequent apps with 1M+ active users, including Disconnect (privacy software available on ~1B users’ computers) and Adblock Fast (an ad blocker with 10M+ users) 📋 Responsibilities

Research blockchain projects that could be partners with Massive, including layer 1s with node requirements that allow them to be run on our distributed network of commodity computing devices Stay current with events in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tech spaces Create research reports to clearly communicate prospective partners

🧭 Ideal candidate

Fundamental understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency Self-motivated Coachable Willing to learn Clear communication

Would be a plus:

Proficient in Google Workspace apps and Notion 1–2 years in a research-related role (school counts if you have exceptional grades) Coding or design skills
