We are looking for Trading Technology Engineers who are responsible for building a variety of applications across our trading platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

Experience:

• Active software development totally >= 5 years long;
• A creative team player, who loves building things, tosolve problems and improve systems by getting things done in full development cycle: design -> programming -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance;
• Hands-on experience in building libraries, frameworks, server applications, preferably used in PRODUCTION;

Other valuable points can be added by having experience in the followings:

• System level programming (device drivers, kernel modules);
• Embedded programming;
• Designing/implementation of comm. protocols;
• Low level programming (ANSI C, Fortran, asm);
• Software optimization;
• Contributions in open source;
• Programming in Python;
• Ability to stay focus and work under the pressure of deadlines to get things done;
• Solid knowledge & understanding about major subjects in fundamental technical disciplines demanded in engineering;
• Good sense of >
• Ability to explain complicated subjects using simple and fairly correct English by phone/VoIP/remotely;
• Inclination to healthy life >
• Attention to the details;
• Readiness/opennessto quickly learn other languages, e.g. to modify/port legacy code (Ruby, LUA, Java), prototyping/test scripting in Python.
