Your Mission

Bitrefill is looking for a Web3 Product Manager to help shape and drive our crypto-native product strategy. This is a hybrid role that blends product leadership with business development—you’ll be the connective force between what users want, what the market is doing, and what our engineers build.

We're not just hiring someone to execute a roadmap—we're hiring someone to help figure out what the roadmap should be as the crypto landscape evolves. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and turn ideas into features that serve the evolving Web3 user base.

You’ll thrive in this role if you're crypto-native, entrepreneurial, and excited to wear many hats in a fast-moving environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, scoping, planning and prioritization of Web3 product initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to break down requirements into clear, buildable tasks
• Drive business development efforts to source new opportunities, partnerships, and integrations that align with Bitrefill’s goals
• Identify emerging trends in the crypto ecosystem (e.g., L2s, DeFi, NFTs, token communities) and translate them into actionable strategies
• Act as a key decision-maker in our Web3 product direction, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Align cross-functional teams around goals and progress—communicating clearly and frequently
• Be hands-on and flexible—you may draft a partnership proposal one day, write a product spec the next, and join a community call the day after that
• Work closely with the growth and partnerships teams to ensure alignment between product development and Web3 GTM (go-to-market) initiatives

You Bring With You

• Located in Europe/Americas timezones
• 4–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a Web3 or crypto-native environment
• Strong understanding and passion about the Web3 landscape—you’re a real power user who enjoys being an early adopter of this tech.
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers and an ability to speak their language
• Leadership skills, taking full ownership, thriving on autonomy and moving confidently in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Solid project management skills with a track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Business development skills to negotiate with external parties and help agree on partnerships
• Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written
• It's a plus if you have basic coding skills
