Our client is a global crypto exchange and they are looking for a BD Manager to be based in their Hong Kong office. Ideally from the FinTech/ Crypto industry.
In this role, you will:
- Drive expansion of key business resources and cultivate institutional clients
- Leverage industry expertise to identify and engage target customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and market makers
- Participate in market research and analysis, provide insights for marketing decisions
- Report on market progress, marketing activities, and partnership opportunities
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in the crypto/Web3 industry
- Familiarity with financial markets in decentralized finance (DeFi) or traditional finance (TradFi) is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Fluency in English is required
