Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm. Re7 utilises their deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading protocols and chains to design their DeFi ecosystem and provide on-chain risk & strategy curation through Re7 Labs.

Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto, and are seeking to expand the business development team with a driven and resourceful professional to accelerate our growth and expand our client base. In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, cultivating, and managing relationships with DeFi clients and strategic partners who can benefit from our products and services.

The ideal candidate brings experience working with - or within - centralised exchanges, custodians, or fintechs offering crypto solutions. A passion for DeFi is important and DeFi experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Fintech / DeFi / Crypto distribution partners and crypto whales
  • Identify, source, and close new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage existing relationships across the DeFi ecosystem
  • Work closely with the broader Re7 Labs team to support adoption, engagement and growth across our product suite
  • Represent Re7 at industry events - networking, speaking and amplifying our presence in the ecosystem
  • Help drive global brand awareness and reputation through partnerships and strategic content initiatives
  • Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business opportunities within the crypto industry
  • 6+ years experience in a Business Development or related position
  • 3+ years of sales experience across crypto, TradFi and/or Fintech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence long-term partnerships
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to drive initiatives independently and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with top-tier clients
  • Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset; takes ownership and accountability for delivering consistent outcomes
  • Work with some of the smartest minds in DeFi - low-ego, mission-aligned, and results-driven
