Now, we are seeking a Kotlin Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance KYC and compliance-related features within our custodial crypto wallet, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users.
• Improve the scalability and performance of our compliance systems to support additional countries, users, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Specialists, and other Engineers on the KYC/Compliance team to ensure regulatory standards are met and exceeded.
• Build and maintain integrations with external financial and compliance services to enhance the capabilities of our platform.
• Develop comprehensive account management features that include settings customization, customer support access, and automated compliance reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a product company, with a focus on backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java (must-have) and experience with Python as a plus.
• Experience with ReactJS and Typescript is a plus.
• Experience in developing medium to large-sized features autonomously, particularly within the financial or crypto space.
• A product/customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Ability to prototype quickly and build reliable systems that meet regulatory standards.
• Experience with FastAPI + Postgres is a plus, but not mandatory.
• B2+ Level English proficiency.
